What artist management covers
Booking is only the first call. A working artist plan includes the fee and the inclusions, travel and stay, local transport, rehearsal time, technical rider, performance duration, emcee handoff and a backup if a flight slips. We put that on one run sheet the stage manager can follow.
Clients come to us for singers and bands, instrumental acts, DJs, anchors, comedians and specialty performers for weddings and brand nights. You share the date, city, audience and budget. We send a shortlist with fees and what each fee includes. Once you choose, we issue the deal, block travel, collect the rider and fold it into the production plan. On the day, a manager stays with the artist from arrival to exit while the show caller stays with the stage.
Questions clients ask
Can you book an artist for a city outside Delhi?
Yes. Delhi is the base. We regularly move artists and crew to other Indian cities and build the local sound, light and hospitality around them.
Do you only book headline singers?
No. Anchors, DJs, bands, folk performers and specialty acts are part of the same desk. The test is whether they suit the room.
Who handles the technical rider?
We do, with the event production team. The rider is checked against the venue and the equipment list before the artist travels.
